Install this app, and then use it like you would a printer.
This program will let you resize images, before you upload them.
Remember that computer monitor resolution is only about 72 dpi. If you have a digital camera, typically they take pics at 300 dpi. A quick way to get the fat out of an image, and make it easier to download, is to adjust the dpi.
Of course, you already might have apps for photo editing and making PDFs, but since these are free, we thought we'd pass them along.
