Linux For those of you on laughing at the commericals recently aired on televison about the Mac and PC battles, but are afraid of the higher ticket price of a Mac, may we suggest Linux?

Linux has many of the same features touted in these ads:
  • Power
  • Stability
  • Multilangual capabilities
  • Secure
  • Free from Virus and Spyware Attaks
  • and it's FREE.
Did you read that correctly? Yes, free. Of course, you need the hardware. As many of you know, the hardware is extremely cost effective now. In fact, unless you are at the library reading this you have a computer. Odds are, it's running Windows(TM), we can practically guarantee that if you switch to Linux right now, the exact same hardware you have will run much better and faster than your current system.

We suggest, downloading Ubuntu Linux or SuSE (Novell's Version is cheap and you'll get a lot of support)

You might want to get a book about Linux for non techies, Loretta has UBUNTU LINUX for NON-GEEKS by her desk, then go for it! If you are really nervous, set it up with a dual boot (easily done, so you can keep your Windows OS as a crutch), but most people who do this eventually dump the Windows version duo boot. Eventually, you'll see how easy it is it run, how stable, and how much your pocket book will like it.

Free your pocket book and give yourself more power and productivity today.

Of course, we still have Mac's and numerous PCs around our office, especially so we can support all of our clients. But, if you all switch....
